Can I move my booking to a future date?

Yes—you can reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability and any fare difference. Just log into your account, click Modify Booking, pick a new date, and confirm.

Can I give my reservation to someone else?

Absolutely—name transfers are allowed up to 24 hours before travel. Email us at support@7uptravel.com with the new traveler’s full name and contact info. A small administrative fee may apply.

Cancellation
How can I cancel my taxi booking?

You can cancel your taxi reservation up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any penalty. Just log in to your account, go to My Bookings, select the taxi ride, and click Cancel Booking. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed. If you need help, our support team is available by chat or at support@7uptravel.com.

How do I cancel my booking in this situation?

If you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances (weather delays, health issues, etc.), our standard policy still applies: free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Simply use the Modify Booking button in your dashboard and choose Cancel. If you’re inside the non-refundable window, please reach out to support as soon as possible—fees may apply, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How can I cancel or postpone a reservation I made through BOOKING?

For trips booked via Booking.com, all changes must be made on their platform. Log in to your Booking.com account, navigate to My Bookings, and select Cancel or Change Dates. If you run into any issues, Booking.com’s customer service can assist directly, as third-party reservations cannot be modified through our site.

How do I get my refund?

Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. To request a refund, log in to your account, open My Bookings, select the reservation, and click Request Refund. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your refund is processed; if you have any questions in the meantime, our support team is here to help.
